Welcome to the exciting world of Practical Martial Arts. PMA focuses on the study of Mixed Martial Arts, a modern martial arts system derived by combining practical martial art techniques from a variety of traditional disciplines, such as taekwondo, hapkido, judo, and muaythai. Our students learn the three "practical essentials for life," which include a healthier body, a strong mind, and a confident spirit. Whether your goals are self confidence, self discipline, self defense, personal development, fitness and flexibility, or to earn a black belt, our school will take you there.

PRO FIT CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASS

Our new PRO FIT program for adults will jump-start your fitness goals. We train you like the pro martial artists train. We do not go to the extreme, but we work with you to push yourself to your capacity. We educate you on cardiovascular health, help you to monitor your success, give you suggestions on meals, teach you how to tone your muscles, burn the unwanted weight and have fun at the same time.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS/JUDO

Our Mixed Martial Arts class is designed to teach you the skills that you will typically find in the UFC, but without the brain damage! We do not have cages, but we do teach you many of the same techniques and skills necessary to train you to be the best modern-day martial arts warrior possible. Sparring in this class is supervised, controlled, and challenging, physically and mentally. The minimum age requirement for our MMA class is 15.
